In 2018 StayWell acquired Provata Health and Provata’s digital health platform. The entire user journey had never been completely mapped out and there were several unanswered questions from various teams at StayWell. To bring transparency I was tasked to create a user journey map. This resource was added to the confluence library and included full documentation of every vendor, touchpoint, digital communication and notifications.
