StayWell acquired Provata Health in 2018 and what followed was a merging of two different platforms, vendors, clients, participants (users), and services. To get a clear picture of what services were involved I was tasked to create a services blueprint. I had worked with the platform for three years and had a very good understanding of triggering events, the user journey, vendors used, communications, marketing and implementation. The entire journey had never been completely mapped out and there were several unanswered questions from various teams at StayWell. I created a complete document that would serve many different departments from sales, implementation, marketing, account management and development.
